2015 MKMMA:THE SECRET TO REACHING YOUR GOALS

goal6

Is there a secret tor reaching your goals? I believe the answer must be yes or why would so many spend years working toward goals that many fail to achieve. The MKMMA [MasterKey Mastermind Alliance] Course has taught me that the secret lies in the power of our thoughts.  If I think I can, I can.  If I think I can’t, hmmm.   Once we have discovered this mysterious pathway we can take charge and direct our actions and activities on a target that will lead to manifestation of the achievement of this objective.

I fear many of you will find the above statement as clear as mud. However, let me quickly walk you through this process. First and foremost you must know what you want to achieve. It helps greatly if your goal is clear cut, observable, measureable and objectively defined.

FIVE STEPS TO ACHIEVING YOUR LIFE GOALS.

STEP ONE. Clearly define the target behavior and completion date. You will, of course, review, revise and update as needed.

Examples:

It is my goal to become rich[wealthy]. At first glance that may appear clear, but is it? What are the criteria for determining achievement of this goal—$1000, $100,000, $100,000,000, some other measurement? Hmm!

It is my goal to be debt free, home and car paid for, $50,000 in bank above monthly expenses by December 30, 2021. Hmm!

Of the above two examples which one will be most easily apparent when fulfilled?

STEP TWO. Plan of Action. How do you intend to reach this goal.? Are there intermediate steps along the way. Are their actions you plan to take yearly, monthly, weekly, daily, hourly? The power of our thoughts is indeed awesome. We must first think it; then do it. We need a visual conception of what we want and how it looks, feels, etc. The Bible teaches ‘ask and you shall have, knock and it will be opened, seek and you shall find’. Although there are caveats included with this promise, we CAN have the desires of our heart.

STEP THREE. Implement the Plan. Be consistent and persistent. Celebrate achievements along the way.

STEP FOUR. Review, revise, update. Continually review and revise your plan of action. Make changes as needed.Be conscious of your timelines.

STEP FIVE. Celebrate achievement of this goal and establish a new one.

The Big secret is…Law of Attraction is not a secret!

“Manifesting is a lot like making a cake. The things needed are supplied by you, the mixing is done by your mind and the baking is done in the oven of the universe.”

Stephen Richards, Think Your way to Success: Let Your Dreams Run

As I progress on my journey to creation of the new improved me, I am bombarded  with distractions and attempts to deter me from my main path.  My old cement [history] calls me directing my attention and thoughts to past non-successful ideas, actions and activities.  Old, non-productive habits seek to claim me.

Fortunately Og Mandino and my newly formed habits retain a hold.  I force my thoughts to the Law of Attraction and Napoleon Hill. “Whatever your mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.” – Napoleon Hill  Each morning I review my DMP [definite major purpose] refreshing my thoughts of what is important to me and what I want to achieve.  During my silent time [sit] I focus on what needs to be accomplished and open myself to direction to how to best achieve these targets.hilllaw of attraction

When thoughts of inadequacy, lack of funds or other limitations try to sneak in I immediately replace them. The Law of Attraction reminds me that my thoughts trigger what I am attracted to.  When focused on what I need or want, I attract more of the same. Some times I think of past accomplishments, some times I recall overcoming similar obstacles.  I focus on giving, anonymously, whenever possible.  I intentionally seek to capitalize on attracting what I want rather than giving attention to possible needs.

You might ask is this plan of action working for me.  My answer is YES.  I am slowly moving forward.  I am not at a standstill or pulled back into the swamp of failure.  I am strong, powerful, healthy, harmonious and happy. This statement is one of my daily affirmations.  Also, I repeat it [aloud] whenever thought of failure or inadequacy try to slip in. I purposely focus on attracting positivity.
